Nucar was unresponsive to my requests after my new vehicle had an engine issue after owning for a few hours and driving 15 miles. While they did fix the issue (after a week), I wanted to discuss other vehicle had an engine issue after owning for a few hours and driving 15 miles. While they did fix the issue (after a week), I wanted to discuss other options but all managers were unresponsive to me and my salesperson just pushed my requests off until I had to get the car. The inability to try to make this right made my Nucar experience terrible (my other Chevy was purchased from Muzi, but they are no longer in business). Very happy with Chevy, but unhappy with Nucar More
