I was scammed and lied to and they sold me a car that was unsafe to drive. The financial department didn’t even go through my financing paperwork with me at all. It was my first time there for service. Pulled up to the wrong bay (not marked). Went in and couldn’t find anyone. Then I saw three guys in an office socializing. He looked at me confused/angry like I was being a jerk for asking. Went back in and saw someone and he told me I parked in the out bay. When I moved the car to the in bay line two people after me were lined up before me. They said very busy day. But I had an appointment. Three hours for oil change and tire rotation.
