It was my first time there for service. Pulled up to the wrong bay (not marked). Went in and couldn’t find anyone. Then I saw three guys in an office socializing. I stood there for a while (I didn’t want to interrupt. They ignored me. I saw a service guy walk by my car so I went and asked him where I should go. He looked at me confused/angry like I was being a jerk for asking. Went back in and saw someone and he told me I parked in the out bay. When I moved the car to the in bay line two people after me were lined up before me. They said very busy day. But I had an appointment. Three hours for oil change and tire rotation. I’ll go back because I have to. More

I bought my car May of 2024. Much better deal than other dealers were offering. Came in for oil change. Very reasonable charge and timely service.
