This sales experience stated at 1 am as I decided to replace my 2016 F-150 Supercrew. Upon finding out my payoff in the morning I went online and asked for information and an employee price on both a Fo replace my 2016 F-150 Supercrew. Upon finding out my payoff in the morning I went online and asked for information and an employee price on both a Ford Explorer and a Subaru Outback. Of the four dealerships that responded it was Castle Subaru who we went in person to make the deal. It really started with the phone call from Lisa who did a great job getting down to what I wanted in a car. With limited time she quickly arranged for a meeting with Dave who then set us up to talk with Reese. All of which was done with out making us feel like a number. Reese and Dave answered all of our questions and quickly swapped vehicles when I asked to take the Onyx Outback out first and not the one that Lisa had set up for us. From valuing my trade in to honoring my employee discount the team did a great job. Dave in finance put the icing on the deal and we were able to drive home in our 22nd car of our 36 year marriage. Keeping the 22 car purchases in mind and the team at Castle Subaru joined the list as one of the vehicles we have owned they hit the list as one of the most memorable dealerships. The team from Lisa with her bubbly personality over the phone all the way through Dave in Finance with his direct and trustworthy approach. This team made the drive of over 2 hours worth every second of that drive. More

I absolutely love going to my dealership. Derrick in sales, Mike, the General Manager, and don’t even get me started on service. They’re always so friendly, kind, and helpful. I purchased a brand new 2020 Subaru Impresa from this dealership. Our salesman, Frank S. was wonderful! He was extremely helpful and patient with me (I had some difficulty deciding which model to buy) ev dealership. Our salesman, Frank S. was wonderful! Over all I had a great experience and I would recommend this particular Subaru dealership to anyone interested in purchasing a new or used car. More

Excellent salesman I got a quote through TrueCar and was texting with a gentleman named Pat. We set up an appointment and he said he would have everything ready. When we arrived there is no Pat and there really wasn't an appointment. We got the next sales guy up for a customer. We were ready to test drive and leave. Your salesman, Ron, turned that experience around and by the end of the test drive we knew we would buy a car from him. He saved that sale. More
