We would not recommend them. Since we purchased the truck there has been lack of follow up with the issues that we were told would be resolved. We were happy at first with sales Since we purchased the truck there has been lack of follow up with the issues that we were told would be resolved. We were happy at first with sales rep Christian but we have been trying to get issues resolved since our truck purchase. We were missing keys for bed cover and the truck keys from inside the key fob. They told us they would contact prior owner but I guess they had no luck because we were told we would have to come back on weekday to get key made. I asked to go to our local Jenkins dealership and was told he would check with manager. However when I didn’t hear back I was told that was not possible. He said he called and left me a message but when he said the number he called it wasn’t even any of our numbers. Well we called local locksmith, Action Locksmith, we were told we could get the key code from local dealership and then go back to them and they could make the keys. I called Christian with this information and was told he would get with the parts department and let me know. I emailed him info requested but never got email back or even code. We called a few days later when we hadn’t heard back and were told the system was down. Oh by the way it has been down for about 2 weeks now since that is how long ago I called and sent email. Well I went to Key Scales Ford in Leesburg and gave them the same info Christian requested but system was down and was told they would keep trying and call me when it was up. Magically they called 2 hours later with the key code. I did not purchase my vehicle from Key Scales Ford nor have I been there for any service but they still helped me more than this dealership. In reference to the keys to the rear bed cover we researched it on our own and got the replacement keys no thanks to any help from Jenkins. Lastly, we are still waiting for a USB drive to do the update on our vehicle. This was supposedly mailed out about 2 weeks ago. However we are not sure because Christian never called us back to let us know if the parts department even mailed it out. We are very disappointed in our experience and would not recommend this dealership ever!! More
