Not a good experience as there were several things that were wrong & we found the errors but we felt like they were not honest about things & we approached them about it! I'm a buyer from Kentucky, and everything had to be done by conversation, email, and pictures. The process went amazing smoothly! Salesman was always courteous, and I was surprised at how easy he was to g by conversation, email, and pictures. The process went amazing smoothly! Salesman was always courteous, and I was surprised at how easy he was to get in touch with time after time. He always answered my questions -- and I had a lot (lot of new stuff on this truck that I was not familiar with). Their delivery procedure to get my new truck to western Kentucky from Crystal River, and pick up my trade-in truck, was ridiculously inexpensive! Overall, very satisfied with the "long distance" sales process. More
