This purchase was a great experience because I was treated with respect!! The entire transaction was stress free which is not always the case when buying an automobile. Our interactions with Delaware Subaru were positive from the onset. We knew that we wanted a 2015 Impreza Limited with Eyesight which is a rare combination. We located that exact car on the Delaware Subaru website. We were greeted by Charles Gianakis when we came to the dealership. He told us that he would offer us a good deal; he lived up to his word, easily beating deals offered by the likes of Costco and other buying programs. He made the purchase a pleasure in contrast to the usual auto buying ordeal. The finance officer, April Gambacorta, matched Charles’ professionalism. She was well-prepared and the purchase went smoothly. We had done our homework on the Internet and knew costs, profits, etc. Delaware Subaru respected our knowledge and efforts; at each turn they offered us a fair deal. Charles and April were efficient, responsive and professional in our purchase. We look forward to years of safe and enjoyable driving with our new Subaru. More
