David Tang was super professional and kept me informed throughout the process. My car needed a major repair and the service group went to bat for me and was able to get Audi corporate to cover at least 7 throughout the process. My car needed a major repair and the service group went to bat for me and was able to get Audi corporate to cover at least 75% of the repair cost. And my car was vacuumed when I picked it up which was so great! I so appreciate the car they took with my vehicle. More
