Great experience at BMW of Rochester Hills I recently purchased a 2017 BMW 320. I was not sure if I can afford a BMW when I was looking for the car. But David at BMW of Rochester Hills helped m I recently purchased a 2017 BMW 320. I was not sure if I can afford a BMW when I was looking for the car. But David at BMW of Rochester Hills helped me out in almost everything. Since this was the first adult thing that I did and I didn't knew the legal stuff that I need to do. Since I recently graduated from college and started working I was had financial constraints, but David did an excellent job of finding the best car in the price range. Even after the deal was done, the BMW genius was very helpful in discovering some features which I had not discovered. I am definitely going to recommend BMW and BMW of Rochester Hills to my friends when they are going to buy their next car. Plus the Hot Chocolate at the dealership is really nice. More

We worked with David Ugorowski who was absolutely AMAZING!. When you and your husband have different ideas in mind for a new car, David was able to manage both of us and smile while doing it. He gave great advice and suggestions. After countless changes we requested on our build decisions he was relentless in finding exactly what we wanted. David is not only intimately familiar with the BMW product line, but has the ability to explain the details in simple terms. He was always super responsive with my various requests. Wayne Youngblood who is the GM was personally involved in our purchase (on a Saturday no less). He made us feel extremely comfortable with the dealership and genuinely cared about the purchase we made. He accommodated my ask for an appointment that same afternoon and I had 1/2 hour to spare. We went for a test drive and he explained the car and the attractive deal during the drive and I decided to purchase and put a deposit on the car then and there. The rest of the transaction was done via email and a phone call and could not have been more pleasant and efficient! To top it off my wife met David at the delivery and vehicle orientation and was impressed with him and thought he was a very nice guy. I would call David again in a heartbeat! More
