Naturally, I walked in feeling on edge and intimidated like anyone else would at any other dealership, but I quickly learned that this was no ordinary dealership. Actually, I drove out to this specific BMW all the way from Northville because a friend had told me about the stellar service they received just a few weeks ago from David Ugorowski. Coincidentally, I was greeted by the one and only AWESOME client advisor David Ugorowski! He was as great as she told me he was. Instantly, my edge wore off. He's a genuine person and has a soft approach, unlike many of the senior client advisors at other dealerships. I'm a Realtor, so I spend most of my day haggling deals with other Realtors... It was nice to not have to go through that for 1 day. He was VERY fun to work with and made this such a seamless transaction. He completely had my best interests in mind and guided me in the right direction when I needed it and didn't know something. The level of service I received from him was BEYOND extraordinary. He made sure that I got a great deal and some. He completely went through the car and thoroughly explained everything about it to me. I'm still literally floored. This industry needs more salesman like him, he actually cares about his clients! He was a wealth of knowledge and is definitely a huge asset to this location. To the owner of this BMW location, take note: Be careful-- I WILL try to steal him for my Realty team ;-) The sales industry needs more honest people like him, it's becoming a rare commodity.
