Dealership is a very clean, comfortable building. Employees are great. I was not told the reason getting financing was because the value of the car was less than the financing requested. I would not have bought the car if this had been disclosed. up front before signing my name. I have received notice from the two other banks declining to finance due to this reason. In addition, the car was not washed (detailed) as is the usual practice at other dealerships I dealt with in the past. Some how the Audi was not taken out of my ownership and shows up on my quote from MAPFRE as vehicle #2. All in all, this ended up not being a positive experience. Hopefully servicing will be better. More

I went in with a certain amount of money I could put down and they worked with me to get a reasonable monthly payment. And more important they got me into a reliable car.
