Truly a great experience and car dealership, typically aren’t used in the same breath. Just about every interaction starting with the salesperson, Tee, who was always available to answer questions or res aren’t used in the same breath. Just about every interaction starting with the salesperson, Tee, who was always available to answer questions or research the answer he also kept me informed of the delivery dates as they approached. One of the partners, David also kept the process on a “family-personal” basis rather then acting like a stereotypical dealer. That said I’d recommend Torrington Toyota and Tee hands down! More

I knew what I wanted when I walked in for my appointment with Larry Valenta, and without wasting time, he provided the model and features that I asked for. The offer for my trade-in was competitive. There was no “hard sell” and no pressure — just information, an excellent price, and a friendly, “low-stress” buying experience. He took all the time needed to explain new features and offered helpful advice on new technology. Afterward, he responded promptly to emails when I had questions. Once again, it was worth the extra travel to do business there! More
