Chris was very knowledgeable about every aspect of the Volvo SUV lines and available trim. We walked in planning to buy a certified pre-owned immediately falling in love with the Volvo XC90 B6. Unfortunat Volvo SUV lines and available trim. We walked in planning to buy a certified pre-owned immediately falling in love with the Volvo XC90 B6. Unfortunately after our initial test drive I had to travel for a full week. The entire time, Chris helped progress the sale and negotiation forward so that upon my arrival we only had to sign papers and pick out our NEW Volvo XC90. The entire process was frictionless and we felt valued as clients (even with a toddler in tow for most of our visits). The entire family chose Volvo! Safety, beauty and tech amenities were all superb but Chris and his team made it an exceptional experience for all of us and one I continue to share with my friends as I show off my new ride. Thanks to the team at Volvo of Marietta for treating us like MVPs!!! More
