It’s almost a month later and we haven’t gotten our deposit back. We bought the new vehicle, the deposit was not applied to the deal, and the check has still not been sent to us. Theirs and Volvos financial process in general is questionable. They can’t give you any reason as to why payment amounts change from one screen to the other. They were supposed to buy our car that was not a trade in. They expected us to leave our car and title and again, wait on a check. They wouldn’t let us leave with their vehicle without writing a check! More
