Horrible customer service and even worse communication. I was promised home delivery of my new 4 Runner and that never happened. Worst of all, my vehicle was suppose to come with three skid plates instal I was promised home delivery of my new 4 Runner and that never happened. Worst of all, my vehicle was suppose to come with three skid plates installed (listed on sticker and linked to my VIN) and they were either removed or neglected to be detected missing upon dealership inspection. Now I have to make numerous phone calls and waste my valuable time jumping through hoops to rectify the dealerships mistake. Unacceptable after paying $53,000 for a new vehicle. More

David is AMAZING!!! I had a terrible experience trying to purchase a car at the Toyota of Newnan dealership, and David completely turned my car buying experience around!
