Jamari Byars worked with me to find a car. I came in to Jim Ellis with a list of cars off their website to look at. He helped me figure out which direction I was trying to go offered me three different recommendations to try. Jamari then had to deal with me driving another three cars before I decided I was tired and didn’t want to continue. He got me a water helped me push through it found me the car I wanted and got the car into my possession within less than an hour! He was the most kind sales man I had met, I did not at all feel like he was pushing me to make a purchase. Such a gentle man very accommodating felt like I was car shopping with a friend not being sold a car ! Jeromy Jones is an amazing Salesperson, very professional with great customer service. He communicated via email, confirmed the vehicle was available and connected me with his Sales Manager Kelvin Walker and with great customer service. He communicated via email, confirmed the vehicle was available and connected me with his Sales Manager Kelvin Walker and we were able to discuss numbers for the deal prior to me driving an hour to the dealership. Once at the dealership Jeromy met me outside and we had the deal wrapped up within an hour. I have been buying Camry's for a while now and this was the most seamless process I have ever experienced.
