I started the process by filling out the needed info on Crest's website for the lease return process. I include what I was looking forward (even the stock number for the car I wanted). And within minutes I had an email indicating that work had started on my new quote. A followup phone call with the needed info came within an hour. I was offered the opportunity to do everything online, and have the car delivered, but I opted to go to the dealership and fill out the paperwork.
