After 18 years, I finally purchased a new car—and I can honestly say this was the best buying experience I’ve ever had, thanks to Gassett Purrier at Crest Infiniti. I first stopped by the dealership a few weeks ago, right before closing, just to browse with my two kids. Within minutes, it turned into chaos—kids wanting to climb into every sports car and truck while I was already overwhelmed and ready to leave. Gassett approached us at that moment, and instead of adding pressure, he did the exact opposite. He calmly introduced himself, gave me his number, and simply said to reach out if I wanted help. No follow-up texts. No pressure. Just available if I decide to come back. When it came time to compare a pre-owned vs. new QX60, Gassett's patience, temperament, and genuinely helpful guidance were what sealed the deal that I'd be buying from Crest. He walked us through financing, pricing, and options in a way that was clear, thoughtful, and never sales-driven. Because of that, we confidently chose a brand new QX60—and I couldn’t be happier.
