Easy as pie Just got the car so I do not know how that will work out in the long run, but for the day that I bought the car the experience was near perfect. In and out, no headache, and great with kids We found an amazing car via a web search. Called and got the out the door price, and even set a price on our trade in for our old truck. When we got to the dealer the car was detailed, fueled, and charged for us. The folks were very helpful with our kids in letting them watch some cartoons on TV and providing coloring books. Positive Customer Experience I had a positive experience with Volvo Mall of Georgia. I was able to hash out most of the deal via email and text (which was great). No annoying phone calls or pushy sales people to speak of. Despite the network being down when I finally made it in to the dealer to complete the transaction, I was able to get in and out pain free (no “surprise” up sells, miscalculated taxes, or other inconveniences). I’ve purchased (and my family has purchased) many Volvos over the years. This was probably the best dealer experience I’ve ever had. Keep up the good work. More
