He took the time with our test drive, and gave a lengthy "hands-on" overview of the vehicle (twice) with my son to ensure that he understood the way the vehicle operated, and how to navigate the volvo app on his phone. David was personable and patient. Greg was thorough and expeditious. The entire experience was top notch. More
