Fantastic experience! Shelton Story was prompt in answering my questions via internet inquiry and David Windholz took good care of me when I first visited the dealership. David took me on a test drive and organized the sale. David offered to come in on his day off but we sealed the deal quickly and efficiently the following day. Richard Nourie gave me a very fair trade in value and did excellent job acquiring my signature numerous times. Everyone worked together like family with only the customer in mind. I never sensed any pressure and was confident with my choice through the entire process. This car buying was a very pleasant experience and I would highly recommend it to anyone. More

In every way Volvo Mall of GA made the buying experience frictionless and enjoyable. In my opinion this is not the norm, so when you do encounter this I think it is well worth the time to acknowledge it. Louis Dymant and David Wyndholz were great salesmen. They both knew their product and never pushed. They helped and guided us through the process at OUR pace. When we finally were ready to buy, Richard Nourie made the negotiation process quick and simple.
