My boyfriend and I just purchased a used RAV4 from Fred Anderson Toyota of Charleston and had a good experience compared to past dealerships. When the first car we wanted fell through, he was able to quickly present us with other options, one of which became the car we purchased and now love! Davis was patient with us and NOT pushy at all which we really appreciated when trying to decide which car was best for us. We would definitely want to purchase our next vehicle through him! More

Exceptionally friendly at the Sales level (Davis) as well as Sales Manager (Don) level. On numerous occasions inquired if our experience was going well and always answered “we will take care of it” which th as Sales Manager (Don) level. On numerous occasions inquired if our experience was going well and always answered “we will take care of it” which they did. Lastly, our new car was initially going to have to be built which was going to take 6 weeks or more, but Don found us a new car to our exact specs in 3 weeks. More
