Service was a little slow and nobody keep me updated on the progress of my service. I drove 2.5 hours to come here because I bought my truck here and I was told by 3 different Ram Dealerships that I was su the progress of my service. I drove 2.5 hours to come here because I bought my truck here and I was told by 3 different Ram Dealerships that I was supposed to have 20" wheels and tires on my truck but this dealership said that my truck came with 18's. When I asked about it she stated that the other dealerships in 2 different states lied to me. I believe that was not the truth and I will not be back for service there or to buy my next Ram truck. Chris that sold me the truck was one of the best salesmen that I have ever worked with, so if he went to another Ram Dealer I would buy from him again. More
