Very easy I went to cars.com website. I used the "check availability" option. Within like 10 minutes I got a call from Al Zayas. We talked a bit. He sent me I went to cars.com website. I used the "check availability" option. Within like 10 minutes I got a call from Al Zayas. We talked a bit. He sent me an email with an E-Price. I was expecting to have to haggle over prices. There was none of that. Al was very knowledgeable about the car. He took me for a test drive. He was very nice and there was no pressure whatsoever. I also financed with the dealership and dealt with Dawn Harper. She was also great. Very nice and made things super easy. It was the best car purchase I've ever experienced honestly. More

My fiancé and I test drove the Acura TLX a few weeks before we cam Dealing with Vance and Alan has changed my attitude towards the car buying process. My fiancé and I test drove the Acura TLX a few weeks before we came back to make the final decision. I went straight back to Vance, and I was pleased to see he remembered me. I brought my 2014 Jeep Grande Cherokee to trade in for my new Acura, and the entire time they had my best interest at hand. I understood they couldn't give me what CarMax quoted for my Jeep, but they explained my options clearly and left nothing to be wondered. While signing the paperwork, Dawn was efficient and you could tell she knew her stuff. It's reassuring to have your questions answered without hesitation and with confidence. Alan and Vance reminded me of my family; they were honest, friendly, and I felt like I knew them for years. I will DEFINITELY be coming back to Criswell for my new Acura! Or Audi :-) More

Monday Night-RDX Walked in on a Monday evening, 7pm, to the sale department and was greeted by Stefano. He was non-aggressive and quick to establish a rapport. Stefano is knowledgeable of the models and available options. Test drive was a true test drive, some low mph residential streets, highway and in-between. Test drive was a chance to see the features, blind spot warning, lane assistance, and engine performance. When we got back from the test drive, I learned staff proactively was having my trade-in appraised. This was not a tense price negotiation, open about pricing, invoice vs. MSRP, accessories, options. I purchased a car right off the showroom floor. To get the car out of the showroom had to move a few vehicles around. Stefano and team continued to be professional and courteous at 8pm on a Monday night. While I was in finance, car was cleaned and ready to go when I got back. Stefano put the plates on and offered to set up my cell phones. It was refreshing to not be rushed through the purchase with it being near closing time, 9pm. Whole experience took about two hours on a Monday evening. If you are in the market for an Acura, I would recommend Stefano Rinaldi. More

My purchase of a 2016 MDX was an easy and comfortable experience at Criswell. I had done some homework on the web which still left me with questions. When I went for a closeup inspection, Stefano was patient and answered all of the questions on my list as I crawled over and under the car. He didn't try to push me but rather accepted my pace of discovery. After a couple of test drives, I made a decision and Stefano took care of the details to make it happen, even picking me up for the delivery after some options were installed. More

Awesome dealership I've visited Criswell, getting my 2007 TSX Acura serviced there for years. When my car was totaled, I was pretty sure I wanted to stick with Acura. I've visited Criswell, getting my 2007 TSX Acura serviced there for years. When my car was totaled, I was pretty sure I wanted to stick with Acura. I test drove some other makes, but, of course, remained loyal to Acura. I reached out to Stefano since he came recommended by my sister, who bought an Acura from him earlier this year. I'm so glad that I did to show me certified ILXs. He was able to answer my questions, and to provide lots of information about the ILX. Stefano was also able to provide the similarities and differences between the 2015 ILX and my former, 2007 TSX, and between other cars. I was impressed by his extensive knowledge of all the Acura cars. Stefano is professional, friendly, and at no point did I feel pressured to purchase anything. I was apprehensive about car salesmen, but Stefano made the experience pain free. I found everyone there friendly and professional. More

Wonderful, No pressure Buying Experience I was in the market for a car after riding in a company leased Mercedes Benz C300. I had no idea what I wanted. After several test drives, I decided I was in the market for a car after riding in a company leased Mercedes Benz C300. I had no idea what I wanted. After several test drives, I decided on the 2016 Acura RDX AWD with the Advanced package; only the hottest selling Acura currently. The challenge then came in finding the vehicle in the color I wanted and for the price I wanted. I was assured by another dealership that what I wanted to pay was likely not possible. But Nate and Lamont at Criswell Acura made it happen and the BEST part of it all was I never spoke with them. It was all done by e-mail. 100% no pressure. No calls from the salesman or the Sales Manager. In fact, I only met the Sales Manager as he came out to inspect the car at delivery and he thanked me for my business. He didn't try to up charge me or change the deal. The Finance department was courteous and expedient again without pressure to either use their financing or add any additional products or services. A definite YES to Criswell Acura especially Nate Chappelle and Lamont Randall. More
