At first they were very welcoming getting me in the door to buy a car. Surprisingly my salesperson was sick when I flew in out of state to buy the vehicle. So I dealt with Tim the sales manager. After walk to buy a car. Surprisingly my salesperson was sick when I flew in out of state to buy the vehicle. So I dealt with Tim the sales manager. After walking out the door with the keys it was a long nightmare getting ahold of anyone regarding my title. It took almost two months for them to send it to the financing company. I called them multiple times trying to get ahold of either dawn or tim. They were always gone. No one would return my calls or texts. I finally got ahold of tim and asked why it has taken 2 months to get a copy of my title so I could register it in my state. His reply "I don't know if you're aware of this, but there's a pandemic going on". As if that's any excuse to put something in the mail. I read the reviews on this place and should have known better but I wanted to give it a shot. I found my perfect car. I wanted to make it work.
