Really great service This visit was two fold. I was there for service as well as upgrading to another lease vehicle. Redd in the service department is always so energe This visit was two fold. I was there for service as well as upgrading to another lease vehicle. Redd in the service department is always so energetic and explains in detail the work that will be done on your car. I’ve seen him in action with other customers and this was the first time he assisted me and he provided the same quality of service so thankful for that. Ron Hammer is really a down to earth easy to talk to. I felt we had a lot things in common which made talking about a new vehicle not so nervous and stressful. He walked me through the application process so it was great even down to taking the test drive. I did not feel like I was being interrogated. Nobody likes to talk about money so it wasn’t so painful. He is very knowledgeable about the car features so him taking the time to explain really help me. Dawn is great she remember me from the time before and she makes you feel at home and like everyone else like they’ve known you for years. Again talking about finances is not easy but she made me feel good about my purchase decision and the vehicle contract which is a lot to cover and she does a good job of explaining. I always have a good experience every time go in so I am sure I will continue to be a long time customer. More
