Brandy helped me narrow my options and patiently walked me through the features of all the cars I possibly looked at that day. After some discussion regarding pricing, I was able to agree upon a reasonable price for a RAV4. I was able to finalize the lease with the help of Dawn Markee who made it happen in spite of all the barriers that I faced in leasing a car being an international student. I was looking to downsize and I was looking to lease a vehicle that had comfort and safety and good looks. The fitst car was thecmost badic Corolla. It as gray....competent but boring. Then they showd me at my request something red. It was a CorollasLE with a few more amnities and of cours some electronic innovations that I will have time to learn about. All the employees that assisted were very knowledgeable of the process; especially Nick Visalli. While he's young, he knows the car business very well and I found it very easy to work with him. As for new car management, I was able to get my tC very quickly once I made a decision on what I wanted exactly. The car arrived within a day and that night I drove off the lot with it. Mike Villari and Dawn Markee made my lease signing simple and that's important because there are so many documents that need to be signed when doing any kind of purchase dealing with a car.
