Great car buying Faulkner Toyota was the third dealership that I visited (the other two were not Toyota dealers) and I wanted to test drive the Corolla. I had previously emailed the dealership to ask about their certification, to make sure it was included in the price of the car. (One of the other 'certified cars" I looked at at one of the other dealers was deceptively listed as certified but you actually had to pay extra to have it certified!) Anyway, the person who wrote back to me from Faulkner was Stuart Saull, and he was very forthcoming with all of the costs associated with buying a car from them. So, I knew what to expect when I went in there and there were no other surprised....what he said was what the costs were. I was very appreciative of the honesty. Stuart and the Finance Director, Dawn Markee, were both very professional, personable, and made sure they explained everything I needed to know. I found the dealership overall to be a very comfortable, welcoming atmosphere. I would definitely buy from them again, and recommend them to anyone. More

Even gave us lunch and let us test drive a number of trucks. He went over the positives / negatives related to each trunk. This was the fifth truck I leased from Faulkner and Phil leased me the last two. Plus, the GM Jim Casey also stopped by - he had leased me a few cars too - just to say high help ensure we got the best lease we could @ a manageable price. I look forward to my next lease with Faulkner Toyota and I would recommend this dealer to my friends!! More

The financing team were trying to help me as I hadn't had credit in years. I got a little frustrated and afraid that I wouldn't be able to go home with the awesome car I wanted so badly but David was there with a smile and a hug telling it would work out. He was right and all of the hard work that both David and the financing team put forth did end with me leaving with the car of my dreams. I would recommend David Rice and Faulkner Toyota to anyone looking for a new car. More
