James Casey had had a car ready for me to test drive and I was introduced to Michael Mitchell who took me on the test drive. I was unsure of being in a Rav4 and was a little hesitant. Michael answered my questions and made me feel very comfortable. I had questions about some of the different features and the differences between all wheel drive and four wheel drive which he expertly answered. Once back at the dealership after running some numbers, I decided to then look at the Corolla which Michael again had ready for me to test drive. He once again answered my questions about the different features of the car and humored my excitement about bluetooth by showing me how to hook up my phone. My final decision was to go with the Corolla and I am extremely happy with my purchase. Meeting with Dawn Markee in finance was a quick and easy process. She reviewed all of my options with me and went over everything before I signed. My car buying experience was very pleasurable and not at all what I thought it was going to be. Michael very politely walked me out to my cars and hooked up my bluetooth to my new car. It's the little things that matter and stand out when being provided customer service. More

I went to Thompson Toyota first, they gave me laughable number for my trade and said i'd need over 3 grand out of pocket so i left went home and looked on line at faulkner toyota and e-mailed them. Patty from faulkner got back to me and assured me driving the 24 miles to see them would be worth the trip, so i did and dealt with Marc Handelsman, told him about experience with thompson toyota and my credit and my trade and his exact words were "we're different, we don't waste people's time we'll make you happy" firstly they gave me a Great price for the corolla, then he blew my mind with the # they gave me for my trade.Dawn in finance made the whole process easy and fun, she's on your side as well - long story short i realized thompson wasn't giving me anything for my trade thats why they wanted 3 grand down. i have my 15' corolla S plus with a couple hundred down and my trade and my monthly is 30 bucks less than thompson so if you want to give away your trade out of the goodness of your heart and you have a winning lottery ticket in your wallet and have 720++ credit go to thompson. If you want to be"Sure" ( no pun intended) you need to go to Faulner. More

Each time the experience has been pleasant and we left knowing we have a great vehicle at a great price. Being self employed time is very valuable to me during the normal business day. A few days ago I leased a 2014 Toyota Rav4 for my oldest son who also works full time. The sales team stayed open late to make sure we got everything down that night. Even though that meant they stayed to 10:30pm to accommodate us. Additionally the few times I've had my vehicle in for service (never had any issues just schedule maintenance) I had goo experiences as well. Never have the service team tried to upswell me to something I didn't need and the waiting area is roomy and comfortable with coffee, wifi, and a large screen tv. More

As it was a holiday, we decided to try again another day. Over the next 2 weeks we visited no less than 5 other dealerships...Hyundai, Ford, VW, Jeep, and Acura. All within a 10 mile radius of our home. We revisited your dealership on several occasions. Mike Mitchell was the person we dealt with. He treated us well and he make the entire process stress free....he knew we were serious buyers and gave us the space and time we required to make our decision. We have done business with Faulkner before and was offered an opportunity to trade in our vehicle for a newer one. I spoke to Patty on the phone and she was so helpful, patient and friendly. She really tried to work with me and that encouraged us to go into the dealer. Jason helped us previously and was helpful and also tried to offer many options to us. Dawn talked finance, was so helpful and did not push. She gave a terrific maintenance deal to us and when I dropped off the key the next day,she really tried to help me with finding a good insurance option .She really took her time with me and didn't brush me off because the" deal was done." She even gave me a phone number of her agent. All three worked together and as a team were great. More
