Marc was extremely helpful in helping me get the vehicle I really wanted with all of the options I was looking for, including the interior and exterior color. Faulkne gave me a great price on the new vehicle and a great trade in value on my leased Rav. The finance department was extremely professional and was able to get me a great rate on financing. They went over the finance program with me making the protection I needed for my new Highlander very affordable. With each purchase Alan has been a superb sales person; assisting us with the color selection by walking with us on the lot, answering all our questions, explaining the car's instrument panel controls and switches, etc. Whenever we required service on one of our cars Alan was always there to help us.
