This has by far been the worst experience I had dealing with David Dodge of Glenn Mills , I’ve been a loyal customer for the last 8yrs purchasing 12 Vehicles for personal An business .My Van was towed in J with David Dodge of Glenn Mills , I’ve been a loyal customer for the last 8yrs purchasing 12 Vehicles for personal An business .My Van was towed in June 1, 2022 an I just received it back july25th I purchased a brand new 2021 Ram promaster , the Engine blew out with under 50k miles ,once it was in the shop I spoke to a completely Rude service advisor name Dan who over talked me an constantly rushed me off the phone ,he constantly gave me inaccurate info on my Vans status. I actually worked in David Dodge dealership for 2yrs so I know the type of service that is owed to a customer.On top of my Van being in the shop for over a Month I was charge for a sensor that came up to $600 dollars ,Once I spoke to the Service Manger Dawn Hopkins She explain there’s nothing she can do for a courtesy of my Inconvenience because there has been vans in there longer than mines the overall experience dealing with this dealership was Horrendous I’m truly offended an will never return Again I was told to file a complaint with Chrysler which I certainly will . I walked away from that dealership feeling like I was just slapped in the Face!!!! More

Took my dodge to there shop were they gave me an outrageous price to replace the brakes on my car. I decided to not have the brakes changed by them. When I went to pick up the car they wanted 180 do outrageous price to replace the brakes on my car. I decided to not have the brakes changed by them. When I went to pick up the car they wanted 180 dollars for looking at the vehicle!!! They are a rip off!!! More
