He did an amazing job and was extremely patient when responding to all 100 of our questions. He had outstanding customer service and went above and beyond for us. We did really appreciate the fact that he gave us options and tried to help us find the best deal. Demarcus was great, i’ll be looking for him again next time I need a new Toyota. Also, I have to mention Matthew in finance was AMAZING! He helped me get the best interest rate, you can tell he wants the best for everyone. I unfortunately had him there a little late and he didn’t complain one time, instead kept reassuring me that it was absolutely okay and not not feel bad. Very great experience with Matthew! More
