Used Toyota 4Runner DeWayne and Brad both worked very hard to make this deal happen, of which I am appreciative. I’ve been a little disappointed after the fact, however. It’s been almost 2 weeks and I still haven’t received my 2nd key fob, which I was told I would receive. Delivery of the vehicle actually happened a couple days after the sale & was rushed due to time and weather conditions. There were scratches that were missed at the sale (night) and delivery that were not repaired when I pointed them out when the vehicle was brought back for scratch repair. Unfortunately, none of the vehicle’s features were covered with me & it was pouring rain at delivery & I didn’t even know where the wipers were. I worked in customer service & service departments at dealerships for years & my expectations of good customer service are high.... More

Amazing! I enjoyed working with Piper over the phone and when we got there Dewayne helped us seal the deal! Piper answered all questions and communicated on wh I enjoyed working with Piper over the phone and when we got there Dewayne helped us seal the deal! Piper answered all questions and communicated on what I wanted long before we got to the dealership. Dewayne worked very patiently with me and helping me decide the right vehicle for me and for the right price. I cannot thank these 2 enough! Taken advantage of I had a 2012 nissan sentra 106000 miles payed for..cvt transmission issue was told it was 4000 To replace it I didn't have 4000. So I was forced to ge I had a 2012 nissan sentra 106000 miles payed for..cvt transmission issue was told it was 4000 To replace it I didn't have 4000. So I was forced to get a new car they gave 1000 for trade stating that they took the 4000. Out of the 5000 it was worth. Not happy customer.. so now I have a car I dont like because it's what I could afford with all the class action lawsuits on this transmission looks like nissian would do the right thing I did when I played my car off early. 106000 miles it should be double that before I needed a new car. More

He is professional, honest, and a real pleasure to do business with. We love love love our Lexus! We had a problem with knowing how to operate a function, phoned DeWayne, and a tech called immediately to walked us thru what to do and had the issue corrected in no time.
