Long story short, our sales guy Dewayne was great. Everything else is average at best. We’ve spent over 12hrs at the dealership and we still have another appointment before the vehicle is drive off ready. My wife wasted an entire day waiting on a detail and couple of basic maintenance things to be done. After over 6hrs all they had done is the oil. I have been a loyal buyer from Everett Chevrolet down the road for the past several years. Bought several. Called yesterday on a deal for my wife. They lowballed me and would not budge. It was offensive to b road for the past several years. Bought several. Called yesterday on a deal for my wife. They lowballed me and would not budge. It was offensive to be honest. I called a friend at McClarty who put me in touch with Mr Dewayne Cox. He shot me straight and wasted no time getting to the numbers I needed. No haggling no circles. Cut and dry fast and respectful. Him and Mr Jordan stayed after closing hours to finish up our deal missing out on their own affairs and for that my wife and I feel terrible, but at the same time we want to share our admiration and thanks and praise to these two committed businessmen who sacrificed their personal time for us. Very thankful that there are still people in the business with the older mindset and mentality that don’t have time for the games and gimics we have run into at so many other places. If you are in need of a vehicle do yourself a favor and ask for Mr Dewayne Cox. Mr Cox the Phipps family can never thank you enough! More
