Our salesman Dean was knowledgeable, professional and never talked down to us or made us feel uncomfortable throughout the process. (OK, I'll admit that I've had some bad experiences in the past at different dealerships that I will never return to) But, that has not been the case on the two occasions that I have purchased new vehicles from Imperial. I cant speak for everyone at Imperial, but Dean Childs was awesome and I can personally recommend that you search him out if you go to Imperial Ford. More
