my husband and i were very nervous about going into a dealership for we have never done so before. when we walked into imperial ford we were greeted with a smiling face and a warm welcome. Dean Childs to dealership for we have never done so before. when we walked into imperial ford we were greeted with a smiling face and a warm welcome. Dean Childs took the time to listen and understand our needs in what we were looking for in a vehicle for our rather large family. He knew exactly what we needed and then recommended the Ford Flex. It is beyond perfect and such a beautiful vehicle. When it came the financing Dean lead us to a couple gentleman Mike D an TJ who went above and beyond to make this a possibility. We cant thank the 3 of them enough for doing what they did and making sure my family is now in a safe and reliable car. We are now proud Ford owners and owe it all to the team down at Imperial! More
