We arrived right as the dealership opened on Sunday morning and were warmly greeted by Dean Reyes. We told him we had noticed the large inventory of ID4s online and wanted to better understand the diff morning and were warmly greeted by Dean Reyes. We told him we had noticed the large inventory of ID4s online and wanted to better understand the different trims. Dean walked us through the key differences between the S, Pro, and xxxxxxmodels, as well as AWD versus RWD. He even had a full listing of every available car, which helped us quickly narrow down the trim, color, and mileage we were looking for. Within 30 minutes, Dean had us out on a test drive. Back at the dealership, he made the trade-in process smooth and straightforward. In less than three hours from the time we arrived, we were driving home in our dream “new to us” ID4 xxxxxxAWD—the exact trim and even the color we had hoped for! Farouk Khemakhem - and his cool digital desktop display of the myriad documents made the business end smooth and efficient. We appreciate that! And the team did a terrific job getting the final detailing/cleaning making this feel exactly like a new car to us. Kudos to Dean Reyes for making the whole experience easy, efficient, and enjoyable. Dealership was very busy. It's located in a very busy section of downtown Alexandria. Plenty of amenities to keep waiting customers occupied. Dean Reyes is a gem!! I was definitely on the hunt to trade in my current vehicle so I filled out the trade-in estimate on the dealer's website. After submitting it, Dean reached out within 10 min. We agreed to meet for me to check out the models I was interested in and eventually do ab test drive. Dean was very helpful with answering my questions, was willing to show me the various models to compare features and overall just a very patient sales personnel. He made me comfortable to make my own decisions and not place any pressure to leave with a new vehicle. In the end, I did get the new vehicle that I wanted and we made a great deal with the trade-in. This is the 2nd vehicle I've purchased from the dealership and my expectation regarding their services have not changed compared to my first purchase. Dean, you were awesome to work with. I'm loving my new 2025 Taos SE Black w/ 4Motion. More

This Dealership was cool but I feel like there’s way too many cars in that small lot. You could barely park your own car with how tight of room there was. Dean was cool when contacting about the car but I f many cars in that small lot. You could barely park your own car with how tight of room there was. Dean was cool when contacting about the car but I feel like he didn’t try, I actually bought a better car from another Dealership w/ a lower rate/car payment. These guys at VW just wanted a sale and kept saying they couldn’t bring the price down or they couldn’t do this. I’m sending him multiple emails on my process and he never responded back saying congrats or anything. Terrible customer service More
