Purchasing two vehicles at Sarasota Lexus was a breeze in comparison to all other dealerships. My wife and I are new to the area and both needed a vehicle. Unfortunately, it was a lot of frustration and wast comparison to all other dealerships. My wife and I are new to the area and both needed a vehicle. Unfortunately, it was a lot of frustration and wasted time until we walked through the doors of Lexus Of Sarasota. You will not be disappointed with the team they have there, from sales to service and everything in between. We were treated like a member of the family on our first visit by Noah, Dean, Chris, Daryl and Sara just to name a few. Our salesperson Noah is a class act along with professionalism and knowledge that is hard to match. They had us in two vehicles tagged & insured within a couple hours driving off the lot with awesome dinner recommendations to celebrate. They have definitely gained customers for life. There was too much confusion between the salesman and accountant. Things kept changing and explanations were not consistent. Did not have a great experience.
