Ed Morse in DeWitt was the location and Deb A. was our salesperson. She is the consummate salesperson! We have worked with her on other vehicles we have purchased and it is always a pleasure. I have bought all my cars there but no more. I had my car there after making an appointment at week before. Dropped off at 8 came back at 3 and it had not even been looked at. I basically paid almost $200 for nothing with no consideration that I had to bring it back again at no fault of my own. The service gal was really nice but talk about take advantage of long time customers. I'm sure I'll i won't get a response to this because it's not the review you wanted. More
