Second time I’ve been to service and second time after I
left a bigger issue happened with my car one time maybe but 2 times something is not right. Your service group told me to bring back but this happene

I’m skeptical now that something has happened twice and may have to go to a different mechanic. The service check in people were good just unhappy with the overall service that now I have to go back for more service.

But, I was lied to about the loan terms, then when I try to reach out (calls, text) I have been ignored! The vehicle I purchased was not properly cleaned, needs works done. Took it in for service they couldn’t find anything! I was told to send in pictures/videos of the issue which I did, but again haven’t heard ANYTHING from ANYONE! I guess my overall review is they are great at getting you financed and into a vehicle, even if they lie about everything along the way!
