Debbie was great! She explained things clearly and was responsive to communication and got all of my questions answered. Financial was way overwhelming. I am a type of person who needs to read to understand. I felt like someone was talking at me for 2 hours and then telling me what and where to sign. Thankfully we were able to change our minds and resign some of the options a few days later once I had a chance to review and fully digest the paperwork. Some team members were also very difficult to contact. I called the financial person we worked with numerous times and left messages, and sent and email and never heard back. Finally I just showed up to wrap up some of the loose ends and thankfully he was there and able to see me. He was nice, but left a sour taste in my mouth for car salesmen. More
