In the past thirty days I took my 2022 RX350 to this service center twice driving more than 50 miles round trip each time. Following the second attempt to repair the issue, I was presented with my vehic service center twice driving more than 50 miles round trip each time. Following the second attempt to repair the issue, I was presented with my vehicle and told by various service staff that no additional repair was needed despite my claim that the service result for which I was charged $2,300.00 was not the same as the original option delivered to me on the vehicle. vehicle. Staff further stated the option I wanted repaired was never an option on my vehicle to justify my dismissal and continue to infuriate me by refuting the details I described regarding the performance of this option prior to both service visits. This calamity of events all started with my initial service representative not handling the matter satisfactorily. Although the service representative the second time was very empathetic there was no change to the repair which as I insisted was not to the standard of my original functionality I was challenged and dismissed by the technology director who insisted adimently I was wrong about the issue and insulted me as he and others listened to my complaint then stated the repair was aligned with the model year specifications and offered no further interest in making sure I was satisfied as a 20 year Loyal Lexus customer. Clearly there needs to be a second dealer. 96 appts on the day I needed to bring my car for a flat tire change under warranty. 2 hours waiting and 45 minute drive each way. . 20 minutes just 96 appts on the day I needed to bring my car for a flat tire change under warranty. 2 hours waiting and 45 minute drive each way. . 20 minutes just to get the car checked in outside, then 20 to get it assigned to a service rep. Mostly HATE the phone system. Impossible to reach someone who knew about the warranty and how to get me in (I was running on the donut tire). Never will buy/lease another car from this dealer....and sad, because I love LEXUS More
