Top Tier service focused on giving me the information I needed to pick the right car for me. She was helping me to look at things I might not have noticed and come to my own conclusions. When I had concerns about trunk space in SUVs, I was shown a sedan I wasn't even thinking about. They put a couple of models of both styles side by side and I went home to get the kinds of large things I often transport. I was able to use the actual items I often carry and need to protect and keep out of sight. It was a revelation. Once I made my decision, Skyler went through the paperwork in a way that was thorough but also efficient. He also guided me on the steps to take to keep my personalized plates, transfer Good To Go passes and other transition necessiites. Eventually they found a car that wasn't even on their lot when I was there and brought it into inventory to make it available to me. I am enjoying every minute I spend in my new car. I am looking forward to an ongoing service relationship that helps me keep this car in top shape and make it as convenient and easy as possible to do so. More

I chose Carter Subaru because my Mother bought a new car there in 2005. I had been driving it as well recently, maintenance and other fixes were done well there, great customer service.
