Mike is efficient, friendly, and a pleasure to deal with. The concierge follow-up with John DePalma was totally gratifying. John is very tech-savvy, patient, knowledgeable, and personable. He easily explained all of the engineering features of the Outback. More

Not what I expected...in a good way! After filling out the contact information on the website, I braced for the call from a 'pushy' salesperson. Oh. My. Gosh. I could not have been more w After filling out the contact information on the website, I braced for the call from a 'pushy' salesperson. Oh. My. Gosh. I could not have been more wrong. Debbie called and answered my gazillion questions in a totally professional and patient manner even after I told her I hadn't fully committed to Subaru yet. To top it off, we even had a few good laughs! I'm looking forward to going in and speaking with a sales rep and hopefully meeting Debbie too. More
