The waiting room was clean and comfortable the coffee and fresh baked cookies the restrooms was very clean. Also you had the USB tower for charging my phone and to top all that Lisa told me they washed and vacuumed my car! I had a brilliant experiance and I ha my stopped talking about it! Additional thank you Lisa for noting that my car had the wrong battery and I told her that's its new and Les Schwab put in! I drove to les Schwab and shiwed them the notation about the wrong battery they apologized to me and replaced with a brand new one at mo cost! So thank you Lisa and Service Dept. Nissan has recently committed to building an excellent truck, the Titan. It has the best warranty in America. I love my new Titan and really appreciate the personal service I received during the buying process. I had done my research on the Titan online. Jeff Jackson from BR Nissan got in touch with me to make sure Ihad all my questions answered. He was very polite and never pushy. When I arrived at the dealership Jeff was there to greet me. I was also very pleased to get some personal shopping help from Debbie Robertson. I love her commercials. So fun! I also received some nice personal attention from Craig, the General Manager, I was pretty impressed with the transparent way they all do business. After learning about the many choices that were available I purchased the SL version of the Titan. The entire process was made so easy. It really makes me wish I’d purchased from them earlier. He didn’t feel the need to feed us a line, if he didn’t know the answer, he went and found the answer. I was completely satisfied with what I got for my trade in, and what I paid for my ‘new to me’ car. Theives and Liars Sold as is 7500 on 4/25/15. Two days later, spent 400+ replacing coolant lines. Salesman looked my dad and my nephew in the eye and said appearance of Sold as is 7500 on 4/25/15. Salesman looked my dad and my nephew in the eye and said appearance of coolant on engine block was due to technician being sloppy when checking fluid. Spent 5K keeping on the road. Would probably still be paying if some poor schmuck hadn’t stolen it 10/3/17. Should have said lemon for sale. You do the math. Owner of dealership wouldn’t talk to me. Reported to BBB same year. Too bad you can only file one report. No, it wasn’t new. It wasn’t a car either. It was a 7500$ piece of fruit. Specifically, a lemon. More
