The refund process was initiated on their part at 5 o'clock yesterday afternoon, two business days after I was in there. Thanks very much to Alex who was the only professional that we dealt with in 23 days. I found out that Sara, who I was initially speaking with by text was AI generated and I'm beginning to wonder if Scott is real either. He is probably another AI person. Alex, you are a standup person and a a professional. Thank you for your help. When we arrived at the dealership, the vehicle that we went there for had been sold the night before. We were led to another vehicle, a 2017 Infiniti. The vehicle started smoking so bad not even a mile down the road. Thick white smoke that covered two lanes of traffic. We turned right around and took it back. They provided a loaner but they have had the vehicle that we paid a very large sum of money down on for three weeks now. Calling them has been a nightmare! Trying to even get through much less get any information on what is going on with our vehicle has been useless. They are not good about returning phone calls or keeping us updated. We still three weeks later have been told nothing about what was wrong with this vehicle. On March 30, 23 days after we had paid $15,000 down on this vehicle, we went in and again asked for Scott.We were again told that Scott was in a meeting. Alex told us that he could take care of our refund. He said that it was on Scott’s desk. I text Alex today asking why my $15,000 had not been refunded. He said that he would check on it but nothing further from him today? Who is Ken Dall? He was so rude to me over the past 23 days and he claimed to be a manager. I want my $15,000 refunded. You are drawing interest off of my money and I have no vehicle. I want my refund. I have contacted management Wendy so please don’t advise me to do so. More
