Recently ventured out to buy a new care again and took the chance of going to a competitor Toyota dealership in the valley due to a used car they had advertised ...... it was a mistake from the get go ... the chance of going to a competitor Toyota dealership in the valley due to a used car they had advertised ...... it was a mistake from the get go .... right off starting playing the " let me go talk to the manager crap! " ... the used car was going to cost me more than new one ..... it was ridiculous. Long story short ... made a Bee line for Avondale Toyota .... was connected with Ms. Debra Sims who I cannot say enough about .... she spent hours ( yes hours) with us going over different vehicles and financial scenarios to find the car that would work best for us.... I have never gone into Avondale Toyota and come out headache or buyers remorse or feel like I just went through a major disaster .... Avondale has my business for life! To the managers/Owners of Avondale Toyota ... You have a gem in In Debra Sims as an employee , polite courteous, knowledgeable beyond belief and patient patient patient!
