Debra is the perfect person to deal with and buy a vehicle from. Why? After 25 years in the body shop she's not only knowledgable about the product in general, she is very knowledgable about the elect vehicle from. Why? After 25 years in the body shop she's not only knowledgable about the product in general, she is very knowledgable about the electronics and mechanics of the car. We liked her cool demeanor , low pressure, sense of humor and resourcefulness when challenges were presented. She knows how to get things done, and got us all the answers to our questions quickly. We ended up buying two cars as a result of the trade in offered and smooth negotiations. I would say we felt like partners in the transactions, and that the folks at Audi Stuart are thorough and honest. Aiming to please, making mission accomplished in record speed! More

A+ experience with Audi of Stuart from start to finish. No pressure whatsoever. My sales girl, Tonya was a pleasure working with. She is very thoughtful and laid back. Love that. She even put up a cute and thoughtful sign on my mirror after she filled it with gas and handed over the keys. I also worked a day with her partner Luisa. She was wonderful as well and gave me great tips. Debra in the showroom happened to be walking around with her moms delicious banana nut bread and offered my husband and I a piece. Very nice of her. And Derek in finance made it quick and easy to do the part we all dread. (The real numbers) He didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need and showed me a few options that made sense at a perfect price. Overall, I’ve enjoyed the whole experience and my SUV is beautiful. I made a 1pm appointment to pick up a pre-owned car we agreed upon. I was greeted immediately presented with papers to sign and then asked to wait for the finance manager. I was not financing the car, I h agreed upon. I was greeted immediately presented with papers to sign and then asked to wait for the finance manager. I was not financing the car, I had a cashier’s check made out for the amount so ready to go. I waited 55 minutes before he was ready from his bathroom break and other stuff. Derek was then quite flippant “like we are busy with deals”. Then 5 minutes later I was out the door. Well - that will be the last deal I will ever do at Audi Stuart. I am loyal to Audi but not this dealer by far. More
