I'm going to start this review off by saying I truly can't thank the team enough for hooking me up. I'm always skeptical when I read reviews, but these guys truly went above and beyond. I live in Minnesota and Berlin City got a car in on trade that I've been hunting for for a while in the specific spec and trim. I reached out to them, and Peter absolutely did the most to make sure I knew just about everything about this car without actually being able to be out there. He took videos of test drives for me, the engine running, and literally any other thing I asked for, he was on top of it. This guy is a car guy at heart and I think that really plays into how intentional he was with everything I requested. He sent me numerous pictures, videos, and information about the car. I had everything I needed to make the decision. Now that I knew I wanted the car, I was a little nervous on how it was going to go to actually secure the car and how I could purchase it. They absolutely took me seriously too when I let them know I was set on buying this. Dedrick gave me a call and let me know, the car is mine and don't worry about it. Very honest guy and he wasn't kidding. He told me they can ship it to me no problem. He got me in touch with the finance team and we went back and forth a little bit and were able to agree shipping and the final price and boom, that was it. Seriously, it was that easy. We reached a deal last Friday, and the car arrived TODAY, the following Monday! These guys really went over the top to make me feel special, and I can't be happy enough with my purchase. I've never had such a hassle free car buying experience. No pressure, asking if I was comfortable and knew enough about the car to move forward, man this was just fantastic. To Peter and the team, thank you so much! This has been the best car buying experience I could have ever asked for. You guys are the best! More

Disappointment after disappointment. I was warned of this dealership but loved the car so much that I looked the other way. Now, after years of crumby service, continuous missed techni I was warned of this dealership but loved the car so much that I looked the other way. Now, after years of crumby service, continuous missed technical issues, relentless recalls, dishonest warranty coverage, disorganization, scheduling mishaps, miscommunications, and no focus on customer service I'm done. And I won't buy another Kia as a result. I'm guessing it's a top down issue. I sat in the waiting room one day and watched the GM walk around to each of the Jr. Dealers desks and berate them in front of staff and customers. That said, Jon in service is doing everything he can with the resources he's got... I like the guy. More

This is a horrible dealership. The staff are incompetent from their mechanics to their management. They knowingly commit sales fraud, contract fraud, and insurance fraud. The Service Department manager, Pat Treanor, Is a horrible man and operates very dishonorably and fraudulently. This dealership has had physical possession of my car since March 07th. They sold me a warranty to car vehicle they knew they were unable to work on and when the vehicle began to have issues, Pat Treanor chose to look out for the dealership bottom line over honoring the warranty contract. Once they had possession of my vehicle, Pat continued to act dishonestly and chose to not be forthcoming with information I requested. In fact, I am being denied all information requested on the proposed repairs and was actually told that I have to agree to the repairs and pay for them before I can be told what those repairs are. I also have it on good authority that Pat Treanor committed extensive warranty fraud by filing false claims with the warranty company to pay for extensive repairs to his personal vehicle. He did this by forcing the paperwork through by falsely representing who the owner was of the vehicle on the paperwork. In addition, their technician recently accidentally drove a customers Tesla through their bay door. Due to the negligence of the staff at KIA since my car has been there, much damage has occurred to my vehicle. For starters; now there is a large scratch on my passenger front fender. Mice have turned my car into a happy home and have chewed up some wiring. The battery required replacing. Now, the dealership wants me to pay for the damage in order to work on my vehicle.FRAUD VITIATES EVERYTHING!!! When I first bought the car of my 2020 Kia soul, I had a recall on the engine they refused to fix it and it took them three months to fix it. I had to Fight with them. When I got it back, it was running smo recall on the engine they refused to fix it and it took them three months to fix it. I had to Fight with them. When I got it back, it was running smoothly November 2023. I got an oil change done by them and on December 1 of 2023 my oil plug went because they didn’t fascinate enough. I had to go to court and I’m continued to fight with them because I had to give my car back to the bank and now I ruined my credit and my boyfriend’s credit because I had to forfeit the car More

I waited 4 weeks for my appointment. On the date of my appt. August 11, they had to order parts, on the 15th those parts were in and KIA service told me 1 to 2 days and it would be read On the date of my appt. I never heard back I called for 2 days and finally on the 3rd day I had to drive down to location to get answers regarding why the car wasn't completed. The GM would not speak with me and I had to speak with another. After explaining to him, the gentleman could not understand why my car wasn't repaired as wel, so he spoke to staff and said that I would not like what he found out. 1st they told him that it would be another week or 2 before they could get to it, and 2nd since I did not purchase the vehicle from that location that they take only those who bought from them first. Hence why I kept getting pushed back. No one I told this to could believe it, not even their counterpart Preston KIA in Montpelier VT. Unacceptable and unbelievable. They still have my car on there lot and parts on premises and still nothing has been done on it here it is Sept. 1, 2023. And I have left VM after VM for GM and the Service Manager and not one call back from anyone. What are they a bunch of kindergartners. They have my car of course they have to talk to me. So no resolution. More

GO ELSEWHERE August 1, 2023 By Lisa from South Burlington, VT Awful service. My husband brought my car in to have my winter tires taken off and the summer tires put on. When the work was done, the tire sensor warning light was on; the staff told him to just drive the car 50 miles and it would go off. After 50 miles it did not go off, so I called Berlin city Kia 3 times and left messages and no one called me back. I called a 4th time and spoke with the service manager who assured me they would fix anything that they caused free of charge. I took my car in for them to fix the tire sensor and turn off the warning light and they called me later and were very condescending and basically said they were charging me $200 to fix it because they don’t believe they caused it. Interesting that I never had a problem with this until leaving their place after they serviced my car. I also emailed the general manager about how unhappy I was with their service and he never responded. A total scam. Their condescending attitude, unresponsiveness, unwillingness to own up to their errors and unethical business practices definitely do not align with their “worry free” mission statement. More
