I drove across the state to look at a specific truck. Not only did they have it on the lot (NOT our experience with other dealers...), but it was pulled up right in front. Great customer service!! Made an appointment online for a test drive of a preowned Ford F250 XLT super duty, I was very nervous because my husband was unable to be there as planed, Jerry was ready and waitin test drive of a preowned Ford F250 XLT super duty, I was very nervous because my husband was unable to be there as planed, Jerry was ready and waiting he talked with me like he already knew me, so I begin to relax and I took the truck for a test drive. He was very knowledgeable about the history of the previous owner and answered all my question. He ask what I thought about the truck explained the next steps of how to purchase. He was not pushy he said that he would be here If I need him or had any more questions. I left and returned within the hour not sure if I could do this without my husband, he said he would do everything he could and that he has never had a customer to leave his office unhappy, he was right, I had my rental car picked up and drove home in my New Ford F 250 XLT super duty.
