I’m Deeray, but people also call me Dre, whichever one you prefer. I was born and raised in the heart of Denver and I proudly started my career in the Automotive Industry in 2013, at the age of 18. Out of the Mazda lineup, my favorite model is the CX-5, because it’s versatile and the most fun SUV in its class by far. My hobbies and interests outside of the dealership include following Colorado sports teams, cruising, and trying new things. I’m passionate about making the world better, one smile at a time. I’m always here for my customers for assistance with ANYTHING. Come see me at Schomp Mazda.

Bad experience from beginning to end My overall experience from beginning to end is the worse I've had at any dealership I've done business with. There were a couple pluses which I'll add My overall experience from beginning to end is the worse I've had at any dealership I've done business with. There were a couple pluses which I'll address first, but the negatives outweigh the positives. They gave me above KBB value for my trade in and the salesman and manager stayed after hours on a Saturday finalizing the deal which I appreciate. My car had 8 miles when I took delivery. After washing it a couple days later I found scratches on the roof & rear door that could have been induced by the car wash/detail I let them do. I also found some scratches or scuff marks on the front bumper from hitting something or being hit by another vehicle. I took the car to a professional detailer to have them removed. I asked the salesman twice for some old paperwork that I forgot to keep to help transfer my old plates and never received it. Over 2 months passed since I signed the paperwork and get contacted by the salesman and manager (both in the same day and less than 5 hours apart) that there was a remaining balance on my old lease after the payoff check was posted asking to look in to it. Turns out it was a late payment fee since Honda had to send the check back to Schomp and get a new check sent since it was addressed incorrectly and the disposition fee of the lease since it wasn't a Honda dealer and I did not buy or lease another Honda. I don't know why it took so long for this to be addressed when Schomp should know how the process works and they have a disposition fee as well. Honda told me they get calls from dealers asking for payoff amount since leases are usually more complicated. The main reason I chose Schomp Mazda was I (along with family and friends) have acquired numerous vehicles from other Schomp dealerships and have had nothing but exceptional experiences. It's unfortunate that Mazda does not match those same standards and I'm sorry to say I will not be giving them anymore business. More
